Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom renovation was a longtime dream for our client. Relocating a walk-in closet and adding a shower transformed this dated bathroom a modern spa.

This bathroom features heated floors, with porcelain wood plank tile, Floor to ceiling wall tile, Glass shower enclosure, Standalone tub, Schluter waterproofing system, and top of the line fixtures.

Basement Slab

This 700 sq ft laser leveled, hand finished concrete slab was placed in a historical home located in Milton, Ontario. Our client was under pressure to install the furnace and needed the floor placed before a cold snap. With short notice our team was able to mobilize and complete the project, in time for the inclement weather.

Backyard Fence

This project was a long time coming for these 4 neighbors. Their existing fence was basically being held up by the bushes and trees around it. Our crew was able to demolish the existing only to find that the footings were less than 16 inches deep. This new fences was constructed with 4 foot deep concrete footings, 6x6 Sienna Pressure Treated posts and 1 5/8 width boards.  

Pool Deck

Our client always wanted a pool for their family home. Unfortunately pool installations ruin existing landscaping. What better time to renew your landscape and make that dream backyard a reality. This backyard project included installation of 14 yards of High Performance Bedding, Weeping tile to assist with drainage, Banas coping, Permacon English Cobble pavers, and a Lafitt Tandem retaining wall with accent lighting.
